Training never stops. I keep learning and like sharing the knowledge acquired in my experience to people who are curious about their body, functional training and flexibility, aspiring pole dancers and who seek connecting with their femininity and gain strength and self-confidence.
Salsa Dancing for +20 years, Pole Dancing for 13, Aerial Hoop for 5 and recently into Hula, I instruct and perform, keeping my mind and body sharp, enjoying creating choreo, putting pieces together for shows and teaching stretching, dancing techniques and body flow to women

I believe we are the produce of the education we got, travels, multiple jobs, relationships, people we meet and hang out with.
I am extremely blessed for benefiting from such a diversity of experiences while living in both the Europe for 20 years and Europe and the US for about the same time,and the shape it gave my life so far.
I am currently based in Brussels, Belgium, and have a few passions that I think we may have in common or that you would benefit from leveraging, whether you are looking for Digital/Business consultancy (more on that at oceanfrontconsulting.net) and coaching, Energy work, spiritual healing or Pole dance instruction & performance.
I got to tune into a more spiritual approach of life while living in California, and realized we are not in it alone and that we are always supported if we ask for it!
I do my best to contribute and serve in that realm, and empower you to go to the next level, while entertain and have fun in the meantime!
